When we started planning the new website, it was clear that we needed a modern approach. Over time, as content is added to any website, the navigation menu can become cluttered, and clarity can be easily lost. Our old site was outdated in design and functionality, so the decision to build a new one was patient-driven, as most of our decisions are.
