With stylish, relaxed waiting areas and somewhere for the children to entertain themselves, we welcome the whole family at Dental Excel.

Filling in the paperwork

At your first visit, we’ll ask you to fill out a basic form to tell us who you are and how you’d like us to get in touch with you. This doesn’t take long, as our receptionists are efficient, and we like to keep everything simple.

Your privacy is important to us

We want to reassure you that your personal contact details are safe with us. We don’t pass information of any kind to any third parties, and we use a seamlessly secure platform to store our data. If you sign up for email updates, we won’t spam you – we hate that.

Note that personal information is required for applications for credit through the payment plan external providers. This is usual practice and your data is covered under their privacy guidelines as financial professionals. What’s next?

Once the paperwork is done, we don’t keep you waiting long, and you’ll go through to meet your dentist. They’ll often have a dental nurse or assistant with them, and everyone is professional, yet friendly and warm.

Fully equipped with some of the latest technology, the dental treatment room isn’t what it used to be. You can now see what the dentist sees as they give you your first check-up with the use of the Intra Oral Camera system. Our dentists also take their time to explain what they can see and talk you through every step.

We’ll do a thorough examination and assessment of your teeth, gums and general oral health. This means that we like to do x-rays too, so that we can get a clear, comprehensive view. You’ll also have a clean and polish before you leave.

What does it cost?

Because we’ve never seen you before, we prefer to make a comprehensive assessment of your overall oral health, including x-rays – and we’ll thoroughly clean your teeth too. This is why we always offer a special introductory price for new patients – because it benefits us too.

We offer a range of carefully selected payment plans to help spread the cost of any treatments you might have. We accept all major health funds and credit cards too.

Treatment plans

Not all our patients require treatment, and many families simply return twice a year for a routine check-up and clean.

We do offer a range of treatments from cosmetic to preventive or corrective. We can help you reach your dental goals with detailed treatment plans that suit your requirements, timescales and budget, if that’s something you’d like to do. Talk to us, we’re different from other dentists.
